2026 Workshop Dates

Poultry Processing - May 2, 9 and 16

When: 9am - 4pm (Lunch will be provided)

Cost: $125 per person ($50 deposit required per person)

Number of Seats available: 5-6 seats per workshop date


Poultry Cut Up and Preperation - May 17

When: 10am - 2pm (Lunch will be provided)

Cost: $60 per person ($30 deposit required per person)

Number of Seats available: 5-6 seats per workshop date

Where: Our Facility located at 87 Jewett Hill Road in Berkshire, NY

Poultry Processing Class - Join John and Autumn in May for a full day of hands on learning. They will cover the basics of rearing broiler chickens for meat production and provide helpful tips and tricks to growing broilers to market size. In addition to providing participants with valuable handouts and information, the workshop will include a hands-on opportunity for participants to process a bird from start to finish. Participants will be encouraged to observe and participate in all aspects of processing a Cornish Cross meat bird that they will take home at the conclusion of the day. Participants will receive handouts, a cut glove, a processing knife and swag. Lunch will be provided for all participants.

Poultry Cut up and Preperation Class - NEW! - Ever wanted to understand or learn how to break down a chicken for better utilization?  We are excited to share that Autumn will be offering a cutting class on Sunday May 17th from 10 am till 2pm.  She will cover the basics of break down, sausage making and cooking/preparation tips for the home cook. Class will cost $60 per person and participants will receive valuable information, recipes and take home 1 birds worth of meat (approx. 5-6lbs)
